Any idea when My File get touched based on these days approval

ND SEP 2003
140 approved in MAY 2004
485 (Waiting.....) no idea when it is going to touch.



ANY IDEA WHEN MY CASE GET TOUCHED. I-485

There are few approvals for July 22 ND on jan 20th . Looks like they are partially working for these months .

I wonder why NSC is way behined the other service centers? I hate NSC I really really hate every one there.
 
My RD is July 2003 . Got 1st FP in may 2004 nothing after that. My EAD was approved after that in Aug 2003.now according to new rule, I have to file for another EAD 6 months in advance. I hope to get my 2nd FP somewhere in MAY, which might trigger approval of 485.

Can you find out my case if I give you my Lin number ? Mine is RD April 24th and ND is May 1st. So far nothing has happened. I have given 2nd FP two months back. If you can find out....let me know so that I can send you my lin number...to your email( personal).

Hi Ic2003 and skarza,

I use the same link you specified in your reply, the search is done automatic using a macro I posted earlier in this thread, you can also use it to run for all the cases in your day to see any development.

I didn't use it for May or April 2003, but for June 2003 its 37% approved, July 2003 25% approved FYI.
 
Two days in July '03

July 1, 2003: 28.5% Approved : 63 numbers tracked, 18 approved
July 8, 2003: 5.5% Approved: 217 numbers tracked, 12 approved

ImmigrationWatch.com reports 15.5% approved for month of July (as of Jan 17, 05).
I485Sep03 reports 25% approved for all days he tracks in July.
Rupnet reports 4.3% (3 out of 69) for July.

So, difficult to see any pattern.

For July 1st there were 5 approvals on Feb 4th, 2005 (Fri) and one on the day before. Nice if the trend continues.

For July 8th, there were 4 RFEs sent on Feb 4th, 2005, 1 RFE on Feb 3rd.
 
EAD Renewal

My I-485 is pending since 07/09/2003 & My second ead will expire on 07/20/05 when should I apply for new EAD??????? I heard now we need to apply before 6 Month Is it True??????????????? Please Advise
