You need to talk to your lawyer about obtaining a waiver either through Consular Processing (very risky) or applying for cancellation of removal.

thanks for ur quick response, i-601 waiver is very risky, but applying for cancellation of removal, how will it help? i am so worried and scared, this is my only opportunity to obtain a GC after all these years of living in fear and agony in this country. i really pray the lawyer can help me.
 
Just found out that the reason my labor cert was rejected because the company could not afford me to hire. Any suggestions?
