Both of you put your lot of efforts in this petition work. I respect and thankful to both of you .
Every where we apply for new job as it is very uncertain job life client companies always require/wants greencard and no EAD . they know that BCIS style and references . Companies now a days do not want to involve in any letter writing issue to BCIS for their legle safetiness so without greencard status they even do not look at our resume's .
As per dengdeng even they look at our petition in Oct . ,still okay atleast by the time they feel that we are unitedly making follow up and petition is already knocking all the time. May they do not take any other priority job by then.
Do we have any one representing for immigrants in congress or who willl be taking our side to blow this issue in congress ? we shud send copy of this to him/her also.
I am not usre but Mr Paloni ,congressman from NJ area visited recently India and was talking good about our community . May we llook for similar democratic guy to push our matter ..
does any one thinks that if the backlogs within one year jumped from 10 months to 22 months can they be reduced by 2006 as the way they are working on back logs today ? we need to let them understand the future statistics to look on backlogs and work today itself.
