someone used my name,credientials and applied for immigration benefits , what should i do, how should i withdraw the application,please let me know.
it is more likely my lawyer used the credentials and applied it.

Is that person related to you like spouse for example or completely unrelated? If spouse he/she do not need your permission to apply for immigration benefits if the relation is active even on paper work. Can you provide more details.

what kind of immigration benefits applied? how do you know that someone used your name, your credientials and applied for immigration benefits ?
do you have any evidence that someone used your credientials immigration benefits?
any evidence that your lawyer used your credentials for somebody??
