If my Father Wins all the children/wife get a greencard correct?

I'm the oldest son, 2 younger brothers, If I win do they all win?

if you are over 21, then your dad can't even list you in his entry. If you are under 21, he MUST list you, however, you may or may not age out, depending on the winning number and your birthdate.

I was under the impression I could be listed on his App even over the age of 21 as long as I wasn't married.
It was apparntly just a longer wait time on the actual green card..

Upgraded, I post the deadline above. If you are 21 years old before DV2009 starts Oct 1st, 2008 you are not eligible to get a GC thru your father or generally spoken thru the primary applicant.

Shit, I'll be 21 before Oct 1st 2008.
My Chance to get a GC Flushed away because of some stupid age restriction.

that is not entirely true. There is a formula for calculating the age of the dependent in order to determine whether the dependent ages out.

geez, man, if you have high school education, play the lottery yourself. You don't need your dad for it.

Upgraded, did you actually read the rules for DV lottery? if you did, you obviously didn't pay attention. If you didn't, my advice to you - do it asap.

Lucy,

what I understand is, his father MUST include him in the application because he is not 21 years on the date he submit his entry. BUT he is 21 years when DV2009 will start in October 2009, so no GC for him. Right?

No. There is a formula in the CSPA (Child Status Protection Act) for DV winners, and sometimes even if a kid turns 21 before the interview, he has a chance to get the immigrant visa, because he doesn't age out. Most of the time, kids do age out... :(
