I-94 expired but left USA under paid extesion

I need some help here. Last year iI was under my tourist visa and while my I-94 was on course I had to file for an extension while my company filed the petition for an L1-B. Since I had an emergecie I had to leave the United States 11 days before my last day stamped on my I-94 but not overstaying since I had an extension. The lawyer at that time filled the extension for me but since he never returned the reciept of the extension but he told me i was covered. The issue now is I dont have any document , the lawyer is asking me for more moeny to give the document and I know he canceled the petition. I want to return to Usa for vacations but Im afraid I can have a problem at port of entry since I technically left the united states overstayed related to my I-94 but i had a extension on file covering me , how can I resolve this? I dont know what to do! please help! thanks
 
My I-94 was expiring on Nov. 27 and I left Usa on December 8 , BUT my extension was submitted, paid and approved before the deadline date. The issue here is I had to leave usa for medical reasons and left the I-94 at the airline counter without having the reciept of the USCIS , the lawyer in charge of my process has the docuemnts but is asking me to pay "exträ" money to realease me the reciepts, I8 also know the lawyer cancelled the petition when I was out of Usa since I said I could not go through the process for my medical reasons. Now hwo to know my status ? How to know if my tourist visa still works? Its a 10 year visa and its expiring in 2013 so I still can use I guess but I dont want to take any risk at port of entry without a document that supports what I am saying....
 
You can still attempt to use your B-2. Only at the POE will you know what awaits you. Since an EOS was filed and pending when you left, you should be okay.

Well I got an email of this lawyer who do not want to give more information unless I pay him more money , he only said my B2 visa cannot be used to re-enter in usa anymore and I need to re-apply for a new one aagain since I left and he notify inmigration services and my consular embassy at my country , that means if that was reported my visa its already cancelled right? But the point here is I have another nationality I have swiss passport and I have not used the swiss pass to go into the united states since 2003 , all the years i have been traveling to usa I used the peruvian one. Now If I decide to travel with my swiss again would I have any problem over there since I was last year with peruvian visa but since I have no more visa now whats the deal? Im very confused with al lthi stuff , thanks
 
Please need some advice! i have always had a perfect record with imigartions and never a problem but have some doubts on my actual situation, please help...
I entered US on Sept 2010 and stayed for 6 months beacuse i wanted to find a college or university to study and wanted to travel, i had the money and have work license for 1 year, but every college that found was too expensive and wanted to try another options so applied for an extension to my 6 month, finally i had my license of 1 year so no problem, so submitted all the documentation the attorney recommended with more that 30 days before mi I-94 expired, waited for a couple of weeks and received a letter from immigations saying that my case was in evaluation and had to wait for the final desicion, the thing is that immigrations took too long making the final desicion and mi I-94 expired while i was waiting for the veredict. Finally my extension for 6 months was denied and in less than 1 week i retured to mi hometown, know its been nearly 3 months and i wanto to go back to US only for 1 week vacation to visit my girl, what would be the best thing to do???? i have shown my intention to leave us inmeditely and shown that have no intentions on staying, finally all my life is here.... please help
 
Additionally i have all the documents (my appication docs and all immigations letters) in originals and copy if the immigations official wants to confirm everythig, what should i do? i want to try goint to us as soon as possible, only for one week, please let me know what you think, thanks
