Hi everybody!I just now called iio at vsc to find out the status of my case. My MD:08/27/01,She told me that my case is still not found in the system and she said that it may take another 2 to 4 weeks to get my RD.

Desperately waiting for EAD

Hi,

My case details are:
RD:08/06/01
ND:09/26/01
AP Approved Date:10/05/01

My EAD is still not approved. I have seen on this thread that people with ND as late as 10/11/01 are getting their EAD approved. I am now getting WORRIED about my case.

Is it possible that my case is pending with some LAZY IIO or some other reason. Please tell me what should I do?

   Just now came back from a weeks vacation and saw in the mail my EAD Card for me and my wife. Here are the details

MD: August 20,2001
RD: August 21,2001
ND: October 15,2001
EAD Approved: October 30,2001
EAD Card Received: Before November 3,2001
AP Approved: November 2,2001

You are right my EAD got approved on NOv1 and spouse on Nov2nd

The AVM says diff. for me and my wife.
For my wife it says 14 days
For me msg says EAD approved but processing time it says is 60-90 days.

infact I hadn\'t checked the automated

message. But mine got approved on Monday 29th and I received the card by the end of the week. Anyone else who got their EAD approved, please post your details

you guys haven\'t recvd your EAD approval yet. When was your RD and ND and PD. Mine is RD: Auguat 20, ND: Oct 15, EAD: Oct 29, AP: Nov 2, Card recvd last week and my PD: 5/2000
