I don't see any fresh activity for the non-approved CSC->TSC cases with ND 9/30/05-12/20/05. Weird.
Formal inquiry (via the phone) about the status of the case has been made approx. 1 month ago. They still have couple of days until the end of promised 30 days but I doubt I'll see any response.

Did they changed your online status message after your inquiry to "inquiry replied" status?

I guess all WAC cases stuck somewhere (FBI,USCIS or somewhere else). I have a friend who applied for labor at the same time as me. His labor cert. got delayed couple of monthes longer than mine, so he applied for 140/485 in March/April 2006 directly to Texas. He already got everything approved (August), which is not the case for me.
 
my wifes I485

My wife works in india and my I140 and I485 was concurrently applied for at the TSC on Jan 11. I had my wifes name included in the i485 application and the attorney told me that when she comes to US, i should send her i94 to her. However, the H4 visa appointment was very late and i got my i485 approved on sept 6, 2006 since the application was under EB1 category. Now, my wife went for her H4, but they told her that she will not get it. How do i proceed with her i485 now that she cannot come on H4?

My case is concurrently filed at CSC on OCT 2004. How do I know
that my case is xferred to TSC? My 140 is approved apr2005. I found
somewhere that all 485s are xferred from CSC to TSC? Is that true?
I did not get any online message or notice about transfer so far.

I think you will have to file a "follow to join" petition. A search for that should give you additional information.

I got the message change too. I think it happened before 11/25/06. And I got an LUD on 11/25/06. Last Saturday. It is perhaps triggered by computer. Does not mean anything.
