I-485 Cases Transferred from CSC to TSC Tracker

Case Transferred to National Benefit Center

Hello all sorry i know this is not the tread for it but i would like to know your opinions.
My case was in Nebraska pendin since august 2, 2006. I contacted my senator and 4 weeks later my case was transferred to NATIONAL BENEFIT CENTER, in wisconsin, I consulted 3 lawyers and they do not know the answer at all, they say that if the letter that i receive says that my case was transferred to speed up my case i must beleave that (including Mr. Rajiv) told me that, only one person told me it means case transferred to local office wich is miami, but i have seen cases transferred straight to local office without bouncing to wisconsin, so if you have any input please send me a private message i will appreciate that. Someon must have a similar case to mine and can help. Thanks i am so desperated

Good to see the Transferred cases are being aproved
Now, I have to say only EB3 cases that are transferred are screwed :(

Got the approval email this afternoon for self and spouse.

I485 approved for primary - transfer from CSC to TSC

My husbands I485 was approved on July 25th. We received the card yesterday. Mine is still pending. Went for Infopass today and was told that my case is with an officer. The interesting part is my name check was cleared August 2006 and his was cleared the end of june 2007. He got approved first and I am still waiting.. But I am happy he got it..
