I-485 Cases Transferred from CSC to TSC Tracker

LUD on my 485 and 140

Just got LUD on my I485 and I140 too.
Is this a mass LUD again?
I know few people got this,
Is there any one who didn't.. ?

140 message changes to

"On September 7, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

i did a phone call in july or aug. maybe i'll get a mail soon.

I didn't.
My RD is 12/13/2005 (exactly as their current processing times)
The case (eb2 world) was transferred CSC->TSC on 03/29/2006.
Last LUD was in May :(
 
When are they going to publish October bulletin..

I was wondering when these guys are going to put October's Visa Bulletin....I just hope that they donot retrogress again like they did last October.

CSC->TSC I-485 Approved!!!

I want to thank all of you cool guys on the forum for your precious information sharing! You guys good luck for your long journey. It looks like TSC is doing great! Be patient and pray. You will get there. My journey took me almost 5 years for 3 times trial to GC and finally we reach here.

Just one small trick: We just changed our address today and after 2 hours we got the LUD notice about our (me and my wife) approval. At the time we inquiried our address change, the rep still told us our case was pending. Now we don't know where the approval notice and card will be mailed. Old or new address? I guess I will have to hijack my mails in front of my old mailbox.

I am from non-retrogressed country. I filed I-140/I-485 concurrently. I did not have any LUD since 05/22/2006 until today. The massive TSC LUDs did nothing to me.
 
Visa Bulletin out.....

As I was afraid of....EB2 for India goes back to 15JUN02.
Others CHINA INDIA MEXICO PHILIP-PINES

No FP Notice even after 5 months

My I-485 was filed first week of April and I haven't got the Fingerprinting notice yet. I have had multiple LUDs but no FP?

Anyone in the same boat?

I have seen folks getting FP notice in 1-2 weeks.. is it normal?

Same here filed in early March CSC, got trxf to TSC and no FP yet.
Did get AP & EAD from TSC.

I have change my address by phone INS, but when I ask them how about my
Name checking, they say I can only get info after Sept.,29,2006
can I send Email to check that? what is the Email address for TSC
 
case was just opened in TSC

my case was xferred to TSC on 06/14/06. And it was just opened on 09/28/06 for processing.
