I-485 Cases Transferred from CSC to TSC Tracker

got "RFE received..." message, let's see what they're going to come up with now...

congrats to all the new gc holders! I certainly am more hopeful today than 2 months ago...

485 Approval

Received the long-awaited email that my I-485 has been approved. Looks like TSC has gotten to mid-Oct applications. Here are my details:

EB-2 PERM PD 6/05 (non-retrogressed country)
140/485 RD 10/14/05
140 AD 5/13/06
485 AD 6/13/06

Good luck to all those waiting to recieve the good news!
 
Case transferred to TXC from CSC

I an update saying my case was transferred to TXC on 06/14/2006. What a surprise. Is CSC going to be close? :(

As a follow up the LUD on 485 changed yesterday and today and the message got changed to the following for self and spouse:
"On June 15, 2006, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your address."
However for my kid it still shows the approval message.Thanks and good Luck to one and all.
 
Approval

Today I got three mails from CRIS saying that "after approving your application we have ordered you a new card." No LUD or "on <date> your case has been approved."

Total time taken -- a week short of four years. It took me a week less than that to finish my engineering!

I think TSC is trying quite hard to approve cases. I had a change of location, an arrest record, no W2/person tax info submitted. I was expecting a transfer to the local office.

I will wait for the card to arrive before I go all out partying.

Just got the sweet message:
On June 15, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

I'll be moving in 6 weeks, and now I am getting nervous about the mailing of the card. Could somebody let me know how long it usually takes?

In my case, the card arrived (5 days including weekend) earlier than the approval notice (1 week).

Thanks for your wishes. It is a big load off my mind.

I am still waiting for my wife's 485 approval. Her application was filed with TSC directly with ND of May 16th.

Do you know if the primary is approved, the dependants application is still handled on the ND basis or does it get moved up higher in the queue?

I received emails from USCIS-CSSO yesterday saying that 485 for both myself and spouse have been approved!

"Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On June 14, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a
new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

How long does it take for cards to come? I am planning to travel early July. I hope they come by then.

Next goodtiming is physical card and one more LUD of approved on blah blah...
Card will arrive in a week.
