We received our cards in mail today.

With this ends the quest for GC.

EB2 Txed from CSC to TSC
PD Aug 2002
I-140/I-485 concurrently filed with CSC, ND: Oct 11, 2005
I-140 approved 5/10
I-485 approved 6/21. Received email notification.
Approved for both me and my wife.

How I wish to be at PEDROS tomorrow as a member with an approved 485 like most of you guuys.

I dont think the processing is based on the NDs or the PDs. It could be random.

Anybody running scanner for 485? If so please publish the results.

The meeting is open to all members, irrespective of their approval status.
So come on over to Pedros and join the fun. For all you know, you'll have the approval before the next meeting :)
 
Questions about Name Check

I just got my 140 approval yesterday and come to 485 club now. I concurrent file my 140/485, EB1-OR at end of last Sept. FP was taken in 10/2005. PD will be current in next month. My questions are:
1. when do they initiate name check? After file 485 or after 140 getting approval?
2. Where can I get information for name check status?

NSC inquiry

My lawyer did an inquiry and this is what she got :(

"Since your case was transferred to the Texas Service Center on 3/29/06, they will not accept an inquiry until 180 days after it was transferred in order to give TSC time to process."
