I-485 asylum based documentation

Hello all,

my friend is in the process of applying for his GC based on approved asylum and one question came up is what type of documentation needs to be submitted along with the I-485 to show that his asylum was granted??? Is it just the I-94 or should the entire court decision be included (it is very lengthy and approximately 50 pages long). Would you please provide some feedback. Thanks much!!!!

The I-94 stating asylee status should be enough. You could also just send in a copy of decision letter where the decision is stated instead of sending all 50 pages.
 
thanks Mesbahul, thats what we suspected. Btw, your sig says that you had an RFE, may i ask what type of information were they requesting for ur asylum based 485?? Thanks

I had to go through some case mismanagement on the part of the USCIS. The first RFE they wanted medical and G-325A form again. They misplaced the medical again and so I had it again.
