I-140 Tracker CSC (Please maintain format)

bad news

these CSC MORONS,
has processed only one day applications for the last 13 days
it was may 7 th 2003 - feb 20th
it is may 8th 2003..
let them go to ...

I am just curious how come you got an RFE for a application file in 1/1/2004

There are people waiting for over a year and haven't heard anything is CSC picking applications randomly???

Does any one on this forum know the answer since I thought all EB-2 applications are processed in the order they receive or there is some other criteria like based on your job/company or something else???

any ideas any one or dreamin just been lucky or (not that lucky in some sense but atleast knows someone is looking at his application)

I think prima face review for issuing EAD would have trigerred
the RFE.

So that makes me think that you are always better off doing concurrent filing since the impression that I got or even my company lawyers indicated that overall this doesn't really speed the process but yes does help in getting EAD much earlier especially if your spouse is planning to work and making use of the 180 day to switch jobs if the need arises.

Since I assume the process has started for dreamin and if his responses are good on the RFE he should be getting I-140 before many of us...

Yes, Concurrent filing helps get EAD for spouse and ...

I do not think it helps dreamin to get 140 approval before us,
dreamin may be getting EAD (or) if 140 dates are closing in,
USCIS may wait and do the 140 approval itself and issue the EAD
then.

I do not know how the whole thing works and it is hard to guess.
 
Recived EAD and AP

Hello Forum,

I received both EAD and AP in the mail last week. (Recvd EAD followed AP a couple days later)

My case details are:Concurrent filing I140-485
I-140 Receipt #: WAC-04-075-53041 RD:01/22/2004
485 Receipt #: WAC-04-075-52941 , RD:01/22/2004
AP WACV-04-075-52990 (I-765),RD:01/22/2004
EAD WAC-04-075-53008 (I-131) RD:01/22/2004

AP and EAD were processed at Laguna Niguel,CA

Wow... that was really quick.. is it taking only a month and a half for EAD and AP.. Is it advicable to travle out of the country after getting the AP and the I-140 is still pending?

Well I just got my LC approved and now I am getting into the I-140 and 485 race.. How muck time is it taking to get the I-140 these days..

Could anyone let me know what all docs I have to prepare to apply for I 140 and 485...

Any approvals of I-140 in the month of May/June/July - 2003 with CP option please reply.
we are trying to judge are approvals done irrespective of CP or I-485 option or one is prefered over other for any reason.

my Rd is May272003/EB3/CP still in line.

Hi

I received RFE on my I140. It was sent on Feb24 and I just happened to see it today, online.

My lawyer received it couple of days back. But Since I have filed concurrently he has received all his money (485) and hence didnot contact me .... (well this is what I think) :D

My details:

EB2/RIR - ND 06/10/03/ WAC0318750XXX

The RFE calls for Company financials and my pay stubs.

EAD Approved: 02/19/2004 (for self and spouse). Card received in 2 weeks.
AP Approved: 02/23/2004 (for self and spouse). AP approval notices received in 2 weeks.
I-140: Waiting
I-485: Not thinking about it for now.

My is I-140 approved on 12th March, got email from lawyer today.
The online status is not changed yet though.

Fingerprint notice ...

Is it strange to get Fingerprint notice even before 140 is approved? It's been only 5 months since 485 was filed and EAD and AP was approved but no response on 140. It was semi-concurrent as 140 is about 6 months now and 485 about 5 months. Filed under EB2. What do you think?

Also, received the fingerprint notice only for the primary applicant and the spouse didn't get one! Any ideas why it is so?
