There is no way you can get the 140 receipt notice unless otherwise your employer / attorney gives it to you. A complicated route does exist in which you can file an FOIA application, but your attorney / employer would not entertain that. Because filing FOIA involves submitting a G-28 which would have to mention you as your representative. waiting_waiting said:There is another way to know the receipt nos but it is a long shot and a lengthy process. Look out for the checks of the payment made to USCIS. If your company paid it, make a request to your accounting for a copy of the check if possible. Make sure you get the back side of the check. You'll find the magic number there....as i said, it can be complicated and frustrating...but give it a try...
