I 140 receipt

140/485/ead/ap applied on 9/29/2004, fedex received by USCIS on 9/30/2004. Waiting for formal receipts. Category EB2.

This is my second GC processing at CA based on substitute labor for future employment.
 
I applied concurrently at Vermont on 24th of August. I never recieved any of the reciepts. But less than a month after filing I got my EAD in mail approved and ready to use. Still no receipt numbers for 140 or 485. It is a guess, of course, but I seems that they didn't bother sending a reciept number for my EAD because they were working on the case already. Who knows, maybe this is the case with other applications as well.
Plus, if 30 days since you filed have not passed there is nothing to worry. I called custumer service and requested for receipt numbers to be resent to my address.

I filed (I-140,I-485,I-765,I-131, Medical) around 10th September. I dont have any receipt for any application. Is there any Vermont center number which I can verify for my application. Calling customer service center , They give a standard answer "You should get a reply in 30 days" .

Is there any place I can call and check whether they have received my application?

Please let me know the number.

I did not recieve any recipts to my home address. When I ask my lawyer about 140 receipt, he gave me 140, 485 & EAD receipt numbers. Based on the forums, applicant should receive receipts for 485 and EAD. I thought lawyer/employer receives only 140 receipt. Please reply any one who knows about this.
 
Atleast , you have receipt numbers. I dont have them at all. I filed my application on september 10th, 2004.

Does anyone know what is the vermont service center number

This number 802-527-4913 is not working.

Lawyer receives just 140 receipt, everything other than that, I received them directly from INS.
