I-140 Processing Time in Nebraska

Hai,

Any One have very good idea about the actual I-140 processing time in Nebraska center?

Is there any one, filed their I-140 in Feb 2006, Nebraska, got approved?

I140 in april'2006 got receipt number

my employer sent my I140 docs/petition to Nebraska Service Center via regular U.S.mail on April 7th, 2006. but I still not received RECEIPT NUMBER.

my case details are:
EB3, Substitute LC.

any one applied I140 in april'2006 got receipt number? please update.

I filed on May2nd, still did not get any information, so you LUD has been updated right?. can you please give me more details like Eb3 or Eb2 , and date of perm approval and applied, 140 applied and approved.. pl. mention the dates

I applied one on May 2, 2006(ND). EB2/PERM. Did not hear anything back. I got a LIN number back. Is your case processed at Nebraska or Texas? I meant LIN or SRC.

All 140/485 should be mailed to Nebraska address. From there the case gets assigned to either Texas or Nebraska.

I also filed my I - 140 on 21st May' 2006 and now waiting for receipt/aproval.
Mine is EB - 3 and labor aproved just on 27th April' 2006.

I don't know how imp. is receipt number.Is it the same no. mentioned behind the check of fees $ 195.00 paid ???

Yes, the one that starts with LIN or SRC followed by 10 digit number without any hyphens.

once you find that number go to uscis.gov and register yourself as customer.Also activate your email notification.
 
My I-140 went to NSC.
Here is my info.

I-140 FD:
I-140 RD: 05/2006
Concurrent filing: Semi-concurrent

The application was mailed in last week of April'06.
Receipt date is May 5th, 2006.
It is EB3 and RIR.
LCA was approved in February'06.

I surely enjoyed reading all the posts and kept myself informed with the latest available information in this Forum.

Which center processed your I-140? NSC or TSC?
Case number starting with LIN = NSC and with SRC = TSC.
Which is yours?

My I-140 was transferred from Vermont to Nebraska on May 24, 2006. On the uscis it says that was case was approved on Jluy 7, 2006.
