I-140 Processing Time in Nebraska

Hi guys,

I see that some of you have got the I-140 approvals with RD of April or Jun 2007. Mine is also with RD of 30th April 2007. But I am still waiting . Additional if you look at the processing times on uscis website shows that ot now processing the cases with RD of Oct 2006.

I am not sure how this works. Does any of you know more on this?
 
mine was may/2007, no LUD yet.
are you EB2 or EB3?

140 regular approved in 2.5 months

Mine was approved today too. It does surprise me in a big deal. I have been prepared for my turn around next May!
 
I140 applied (regular): 15 Dec 2006
Request with premium: 5 June 2007
RFE issued: 11 June 2007
RFE responded: 17 Aug 2007
I140 approved: 20 Aug 2007

I am glad I requested with premium as regular processing date is current only for applicants of Oct 2006.
And soon after premium is requested, they suspended I140 premium processings.

I485/AP131/EAD765 applications were subsequently sent as July visa bulletin was reinstated to 17 Aug 07. That also save my 485 fee to $385 rather than newly hiked price of $ 1100.:D

I got my labor approved after 4 years from BEC
Already missed boat for Aug 17th
PD is early 2003
Have only 6 months left on second H1B
How much time it will take to get I140 approved if recepit date is in early sept considering large # of applicants this month?
Can I still apply for 7th year extension?
If I140 doesnt show up in 6 months what are my choices?

U can apply for extension because ur labour is more than 365days and 140 pending.No need 140 to get approve.NSC 140 taking more than 10month.If urs goes to Texas maybe 5month.but there r chances for ur 140 to get approval soon before others because of ur labour pd.Recently lot of old pd getting approved than others.but u didnt file concurrently so i cannt say for sure.my 140 is pending in NSC from dec2006.they r processing only oct cases.

This is all very encouraging.. and then again... not so.

I got an RFE (August 9, 2007) and replied on August 29, 2007. I wonder how long they will take (the RFE was my employer's tax returns).

I'm just so discouraged as I've been doing this since 2002! (original labor cert that took over 4+years to get approved adn which I abandoned b/c at the end of the day, no matter how much I wanted it to be approved, I figured that the feeling of wanting to kill myself at that job was a lot stronger). So I got a new job, re applied under PERM in August 2006 and here I am.
So.. now I'm wondering..HOW MUCH LONGER?!?!

7th year H-1B
PD: 8/24/06 -EB-2
I-140 and I-485: filed 12/29/06
Biometrics done in March for I-485
RFE: 8/9/07
RFE reply: 8/29/07
