I 140: NSC Consolidated XL Tracker

Based on my own findings, they seem to mean the following
XX - Current USCIS year (06 )
XXX - Current day of the USCIS year, starting from Oct, 1 of previous year
XXXXX - Case number received on that day.
 
Tracker Update - Corrections for danmagaji & EugeneS

Here is the corrected tracker.

danmagaji - the tracker as I inherited only keeps track of Month-Year of Priority Date.

Friends, could any of you please see my signature and advise if such a long delay in adjudication indicates impending denial. I don't know what to think.

NOTE: The RFE was for a missing page in the Labor application which, by mistake did not form part of the I140 package when the same was compiled. The same was subsequently filed on 06/19.

can you please enlighten me what is going on. There was an LUD on my case this morning around 12:30 EDT but, no status change.

My Case Details

Category EB2 (BS +5 or MS +0)
LC PD: 05/02 (substitution) My orig is 07/01 and still pending with PBEC
Concurrent filing: yes
FD: 04/17/06
ND: 04/24/06
FP done on 05/18/06
I131, I765 approved on 05/24/06
I140 LUD on 07/22 and 08/21
I485 LUD 05/23/06 after FP

I wouldnt really care about 07/22 as forum indicated but, I would request any opinion Gurus on what could be 08/21 LUD without status change related to.

Fellas, finally received RFE, asking to get the evaluation done again and also explain how experience is totalling 60 months.
i have 2 issues here.

i have BA(Hons) from UK , which is consider equivalent to US degree. however it 3 years degree, could that be a probelm??
second my Lawyer messes up dates on labor. he put one company dates on the other company however i do have 5 year experience that can be proven by my H1s dates.

any thoughts

My friend had a similar situation where the labor had one company dates mixed up with the other company dates. They simply had to explain that it was a typo and his 140 was approved.

Can you tell if you previously had submitted a education evaluation and when
was that done.

And also on your labor, what does the job description say? Does it require
BS in Computers or equivalent?

my First evaulation was done in Sep 2001 when i applied for H1, and it was included with application but they want fresh evaluation .
my Labor says Bachelor's degree , no where it says 4 years of education. i have 3 years degree from UK which is considered equal to US degree. not sure how they gonna take it considering the fact that recent denial are based on 3 years degree (although mostly from India).

i can't find anywhere word BS , in column H- 4B(major firld of study), it says Computer science, again it doesn't states anywhere # of years either, like 3 or 4 years of study.
