Wow, your case got approved in less then 2 months, now i can keep my fingers crossed too, i applied in June'06

Friends after waiting for nearly 5 long years for my LC to clear which is still stuck in BEC, My company decided to file my 1-140 with a Pre approved LC, that was approved yesterday.

This case was from TSC, not NSC. NSC case numbers should start from LIN, while Texas has SRC in front.

Thank you for the info. Also, how many visas are available under EB2 category per year? and is there a way to know how many are applied through this category so that we can roughly calculate how many years it will take to get my PD (jan 06) current?

I obtained a MS outside US and got a PHD in US. Per my lawyer said, I have 90% chance to get approval if Iwould apply EB1-OR but I did not follow his suggestion coz I am too lazy to prepare the reference letters.
The job requirement is MS + 1 year experience.
The RA experience as I was PHD student was used to match that 1 year exp. requirement and no problem.

I also got RFE which is mail on july 17 06.Can u pls tell me once u received mail,as my employer told me that it uaually take 2 weeks to get it.

Would make sense if you also apply under EB1. Have both processes going. Most probably you will have your GC sooner under EB1

I also got RFE which I got email from USCIS on july 17 06. Can u guys pls tell me once u / ur attorney receive the mail. I can post the details as once I get more information.

How to find out what the LUD is about?

Any way to find out what the LUD is about. I have a LUD of 7/20 on my I-140, but I didnt get any email or any more information about what the LUD is about. Any ideas, please provide your comments.
