Yeah, I think is ver unfair that everyone cn do PP excpet me EB-1EA....there's been no approval form NSC in months.....is quite frustrating..if i had chance to pay PP i will, but i can't..just have to wait wait wait
Well, no offense my friend, but EB-1EA is probably not the worst group - at very least it is within the six months projection of USCIS now. We poor NIWers are still in October 2005. Worse yet, NIW is the only path to GC for some of us, as our petitions are not quite as stellar as EB-1EAers.....just hope this painful wait will end soon for everyone aboard!

To adi_gc: Why were your previous two 140's denied?

Just curious, please share the information if you dont mind.
Thanks,
frog

RFE in PP cases

Does anyone know how long it takes to get RFE to lawyer? I have applied in PP and today i got 3 emails from USCIS that additional evidence/information is required. When can i expect my lawyer to have all information. The email doesn't mention the type of RFE or anything more.

Thanks.

My case is EB3/Applied on Oct18th.

Attorney gets the RFE deatls email same time( when U got the email).

Premium Processing

Those damn bastards at USCIS only want money. It is quite clear that the vast majority of approvals recently (regradless EB subcategories) are PP. Even worse, some people are not eligible for PP - at least, they should give EVERYONE the choice of whether filing PP or not.

My optimistic guess is that NSC wants to purposefully maintain 6 months processing time for non-PP cases. So, I am guessing that we should start seeing some approvals after 5th of November, because people who filed before 5th May we already approved before this PP started.

My case was filed on May 2, 2006 and is still pending.

I feel the $1000 for premium processing is money well spent. At least, a quick approval gives some peace of mind instead of having to painfully wait for several months in uncertainty.
