MLIN, congrats buddy, I know you been tensed for a last few weeks. Take a good rest before you start worrying abt ur 485:p

1. Ability to pay
2. Proof of experience

The second RFE was for:
ability to pay. It was claimed that the 2001 financial documents were provided, but no proof was furnished for year 2002. Instead, I was asked to provide copies of pay slips for last 6 months.

I want a advice from you, can you let me know what documents are required to get interim EAD from INS San Jose office? I know that you went to that office to get interim ead. My 140 approved on Jan62003 and AP on Jan92003. I am planning to go to SanJose INS on March 17th.
My EAD ND is 11/8/2002.
