I-140 CALIFORNIA EB2 Tracker only

concurrent I-140/I-485

I did not anticipate that I-140 would take about a month.
In such a case, CP would have been a better option. Anyways, lets see what happens.
 
Looks like I am the only Guy who has not received I-140.

BTW, I received my I-485 receipt today.

Company Documents for I-140

Mostly, I will file I-140 and I-485 through my lawyer if my company allows. Does anyone know what documents are needed from company for I-140. I know the following.
1. Signed Original Labor Certificate
2. Tax Return Statement
3. ????????????????
4. ????????????///
....

Guys, approximately when can we expect the receipts or confirmations from INS for 140/485?
We send them via FEDEX on 12th. So, just wondering when we can expect to hear back abt WAC number and stuff..:p

RD/ND for I-140/485

We mailed I-140 on July 9th 2002, RD was of July 11th, ND of July 12th.
We mailed I-485 on Aug 21st, 2002, RD was Aug 23rd, ND was Aug 25th.

You should get the Notice within a week.

Help.....

I am filing for I-485 along with my I-140, but I want to change to Consular Processing after approval of I-140. Do I need to specify any specific thing in I-140 to make this change happen? Especially in Part IV of I-140 processing information form?

Any news on your case. The AVM still says my case is pending. Check with Lawyer. I hope you will get I 140 Approval. You are the thread started. I wish all the best

AVM phone numbers...

Guys, My attorney just updated her homepage with my new information. She gave WAC numbers, but didnt mention the RD and ND. How can I check them. Is there a phone no where I can call to check the status?

LC just got cleared

i just got my LC cleared, wanted to find out if i can do both I140 and 485 paralleley. also whats the estimated time.

No You cant do them parallelly unless you pay me 100$..J/K
We dont know the lead times as yet. But, you can do them parallelly.
The AVM is saying 158-160 days for 140 and 975-999 days for 485. Funny...

Last Pushing Method

My RD is March 4, 2002. I called INS lots of times. Also, I let my lawyer call them at least 3 times.

Last time my lawyer used Fax Inquiry and received Repsonse that in 2-3 weeks my case will be processed. Now 3 weeks have been passed.

Who know the last pushing method? You know, I have to push my lawyer to push INS...
