Same here. Saw update on 485. no LUD on 140.
Is this some kind of mass update.

I have the same LUD update too. No change in message! something to do with eb3 sub labors??? :confused:

Hi Kayjay

Eventhough the website shows october 2004 as process date, they are working on december cases also, as your RD is 12/30/2004!!! Why do they ask for mark statement! Was there any change in your company or HR after you filed ! 140! Thanks
 
my 140/485 rd is 12/08/04, CSC, sub-eb2

1st FP done in Jan, LUD in Feb for address change,

nothing happed since then.

That's what i am wondering. How all in a sudden they sent RFE for a case filed on 12/30/04 :confused:

we applied I-485 on march 4th. got fp notices and done on 7th april. we had an LUD on 04/07/05 and 04/08/05. we are not able to understand what are those LUDs for. because there is no status change. is there a possibility that fp results will be received in one day. even then we are not able to understand a reason for 04/07/05. any comments on this are appreciated.

04/08/05 -- FO sent to FBI

Mine was : 03/28/05 and 03/29/05. :)

I had the samething, I-485 LUD changed on 04/07/2005 for myself and spouse. No change on I-140. No change on Kid's I-485.

EB3 Own Labor.
140/485 RD Dec 02, 2004
EAD/AP Approved in Feb, 2005
FP done in Jan 2005.

Anyone knows what that means?

Anyone sailing in the same boat ?Loos like CSC is processing cases with Labor filed dates as PD for substitute cases, I read on one of the threads that once case got 140 cleared , for RD 11/04

Me too had LUD for 485 on 4/14/2005. No LUD for I-140 and the message remains same both on I-1485 and I-40.

I-140/I-485/EAD/AP RD: 12/15/04
I-140/I-485/EAD/AP ND: 12/21/04
EAD/AP Approve Date: 2/25/05
I-140 LUD: 4/14/05
 
It is strange to see that many of theDec applications have started seeing LUDs on 140/485. For me only LUDs changed for 485 when the FP results were received (couple of dsays after FP)

Rescheduled FP Notice three times and got married on March 20
Applied for my Wife
FP Done - 04/07/2005

But I don't see my LUD changed yet on my 485? How long it takes to reflect the LUD.

we did FP twice (one FP and 2nd biometrics) both the times we had LUD changed in couple of days after FP we are in CA

Same here no LUD after FP result were Received.
