I-140/485 Applied In December 2004

not yet.My lawyer did the fax enquiry and it said 'pending additional system checks'.
Not even a single EB3 I-140 has been approved in CSC since last 6 months.

No this can not be true, my collegue got his I-140 approved in 3rd week of dec (sub labor filed in Feb 04)
 
2 guys from my company got their 140's approved in Feb 2005, RD March/April 2004 both are EB3 cases (CSC), and few of my other friends got their 140's approved in last 6 months all EB3 cases filed in CSC.
 
1. Do you all have the original Receipts for I-140 and I-485?

2. We have given my husband's company address for all communication as he is a consultant and we move a lot. The company attorney has given us only copies of I-485, I-131 and I-765 receipts. He is yet to give us the I-140 receipt. Would the lawyer have received 2 receipts - one for us and one for him?

3. Also I have heard rumours that some companies do not prefer to give I-140 receipt number to employees? Is it true?

4. One more thing.. is it better to go for Seventh year H1-B extension even though my husband's EAD has been approved?

Hi, my 140/485/EAD/AP RD is Dec 30 2005, I did not receive any info on my EAD yet , are there any other cases like this? please respond.

Is this bcos the category is EB3?

No not yet, I have not received the RFE letter yet (or will the attorney get it??). We did receive the AP approval letters for dependents.

I just received a mail from my attorney. They have got my rfe letter.
I need to send 2 new pictures. Looks like the original one had some reflection.
 
is my case FBI / namecheck cleared?

I got an email notification with the following message.

"On March XX, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Does this mean an FBI clearance? Does this also mean the name check is also done?

We are also waiting for some news on the EAD. Our RD is 1/3.

why there is big diff betn 140 & 485 filing, you were qualified for pilot program when it was started. MIGHT BE DELAY FOR I-140 DUE TO I-485 FILING

does everybody get a 2nd FP notice?
I got my EAD and AP approved and received EAD cards and AP approval letter.
I140 and I485 still pending?
Will I receive a 2nd FP notice? If so why and when?

Based on anecdotal experiences, if your first FP notice included biometric collection, you will probably not not receive a second one.

hi guys
a friend mine scanned results for 200 I-140's filed around December 20th, 2004.

The results show 7 approvals, 12 RFE, 2 transferred and 1 other.

Anyone know on what criteria these 20 cases were picked for earlier processing.
 
CSC dates updated, mine shud b in, but not

The csc dates have been updated to 7/2/05 for AP & EAD. my rd/nd are both before that, but have received no email from USCIS, is there any other member of this clan?
