My FP was done on 01/24th and saw 485 LUD when USCIS received FP results sometime in first week of Feb.

I mean Does 485 status message (as FP Received) changed along with LUD ?

Yes message was changed as follows.

On January 29, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received.......

Anyone with I-140/I-485 Approval

Folks,
Based on posting in the Oct/Nov thread, most likely CSC has started processing I-140 with Dec RDs. Has anyone rcvd I-140/I-485 approval notices?

I hope May brings us good news :)

The CSC seems touching Dec's cases. I'm surprised also, we didn't see any approvals in this Dec thread. Please post your approval cases, give us some excited.

iEAD/ iFP not given, if you have unresponded 140 RFE

Since its 90 days since my 485/EAD/AP is filed, I visited the local INS to get my and my spouse's iEAD/iFP. I was told to wait until the hold it taken out. That 'hold' seems to be becuz of the delay in 140 RFE response.

has anyone experienced the same?

BTW, the RFE seems to be for W2, company name change and probably, company's ability to pay.

LUD on 485

Today we had LUDs on our 485 applications (self and family) with no change in the message. No LUD on 140.

Our RD is end December and we did FP in Feb and Bio in March. We had LUDs few days after both FP. Today's LUD appeared after last LUD in March that FP results were received.

Any idea what the LUD means?

We had LUDs on our 485 applications too. Its not clear what they are doing? Anyone else with LUDs for I485?

I also have LUD for my 485 application today. No message change. No LUD on 140..

My I140 and I485 ND and RD are the same as yours and I had an LUD today. No update for my wife yet. I am hoping that we all get some good news soon!

I just got the e-mail. My I-140 has been approved. No news about I-485 yet.
My details are given below in the signature part. Hope to get the good news about I-485 too. :)

Got LUD on 140 Today, no message change though, no change on 485

140/485 concurrent filing 12/01/04, EB2, sub labor..

I am not sure but I think my 140 was applied with original Labor.
I remember my filing got delayed since attorney was not able to locate original labor.
