Hello, I am filing I-130 for my brother, his wife and children. In section C.1 of the I-130 application, I put my brother's name. How do I tell in the same application that I am also filing for his wife and children. In other words, when he goes to the consulate to get the visa, I want his wife and children also get the visa. I just listed them under question#17 and I am not sure if this is the correct way of filling the application.

Are you sure that I need to file a separate one for my brother's wife and each of his children? If that's the case, what should I check for question #1 on the I-130?

Where on the I-130 do I indicate that I am also filing for my brother's wife and children also? By the way, what's "OP" (Petioner?)?

When will the DS-230 be mailed to my brother? After the I-130 is approved? I am not sure the meaning of priority date becoming current? We applied back in 2002.

After the I-130 is approved and the priority date becomes current (check the visa bulletin), a visa number will be available for your brother and his family. NVC should be in touch with them several months before the PD becomes current.
