I have a question:

I have been illegal in the US for more than 10 years, am 23 years old. My brother just make Citizen like a month ago. So he send petitions for my Mom and Dad but he told me that for me it would take years and I would have to go back to my country and that if I get married in that progress I would have problems whit the petition, is this true?

If I fill the petition and maybe I get married in the process whit a Citizen will there be a problem?

This might be your best path towards GC. Again, depends on a lot of things: did you enter the country legally? Brother filing for you is probably not going to work since you are currently illegal.

Yes I did entered the country legally whit a visa which already expired and needs to be renewed.

Yes, those are your choices. Your other option is to start the clock by having your brother file the I-130 for you, and spend the 10 years outside the US.
