i 130 denied today-urgent help!!!!!!!!!!!!

i need some answers right away-thanks
1/come to us with b2 visa last year and get married in november same year in nyc
2/filed i 130 in feb 2008
3/get my first interview may 8-2008-still case pending
4/stokes int. july 15-2008
5/avg 2-today:( get denied

so my questions

1/in my spouse letter said that we can appeal by filing form EOIR-29 within 30days-to uscis, federal plaza ,new york

2/in my letter is writen"you will be further advised of procedures to effect your departure from us"

so we will in monday fill appeal-but i`m interested is it gonna help any or not-meaning-is this just another way to say to u go home one more time

should i do something else

anybody here been in same situation

any sugestions willl hepl so much now

3/if we appeal on eoir 29 -m i going to get deportation date still-how long it can least,and if thay denied me again what can i doooooooooooooo-to stay legaly in this country

What date did you enter on a B2 visa, what date did you get married and what date did you file for AOS?

What happened during your first interview? why did you get a stokes interview? did you guys fail that stokes interview?

entered us may 2007
get married nov 2007
filed aos at feb 2008

and we get first interview an may 08-in garden city.we bring all paper work and photos-everything what are lawyer said and after half hour looking and asking some of questions -he said that he gonna gave as another date for second inrterview-same in garden city.so we new that this one is gonna be stokes one-and he gave as paper with date -two mounths later-same in garden city.
let me not forget that my wife is us citizen-bt she isfrom latin america originaly-so in begining lawyer said that is gonna give us harder time????
so on stokes inte.we had like 150 questions-and exectly 10 of tham did`n match.like what is a name of are landlord,my wife did`n know couse guys name is east europian and she simply don`t know to pronounace it,.......so lady said that we going to get her answer in mail in few days.......and come yasterday that her patition is denied.
 
i come in may 2007 as i said-and meet my wife in second week -so i didn`t know her from before coming in us-so we knew eachouther 6 mounths before get married.

Why did I-130 get denied in the first place ? It's not like AOS and shouldn't matter where you are.
 
This is confusing. Normally your I-130 is approved pretty much automatically on marriage to a US citizen, and you then go through a more complicated process (with interviews) to get your I-485 (AOS) approved.

Are you saying that after two interviews, your I-485 was denied? Because that would make much more sense.

i`m completly in mess these days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

as i said first int.was more just paper work-but i get date for int. two mounths after we sand applications-so we didnt` have much join things-and r lease was brend new-so guy gave us second one-there was around 100(but i will sy 200)questions-and only on 10 of them we didn`t match.so day raject us

so i will like to know what next to do-i will appeal-but wat if i get again denied?

The best plan of action for you in your situation is to seek the advise of a competent attorney right away.
 
Having failed on 2 occasions to prove to USCIS that you have a bonafide marriage, you really need a competent attorney. Do not rely on a public forum for your case.
