how to get certified copy of court disposition?

I have been trying the phone numbers given on the King’s County court house page but no one answers nor does it go to voice mail. what should I do? is there any other way? I can't go personally I now don't live in NY.
You need to explore that site some more. The Clerk has additional info. There is a link to the criminal court, there is a link to "certified copies" for Supreme Court records. (In NY, the basic first line court you go to is the NYS Supreme Court, above that is the Surrogate Court and the highest court is the NYS Court of Appeals---don't let the odd labels fool you).
