The "clock" can be stopped and re-started by your actions and the interpretation of those actions by USCIS or the Immigration Judge. USCIS and the IJ can stop or start the"clock". It depends on where you are in the process as to the status of your "clock" and WHO has jurisdiction on the decision about your clock.

If you have a driver's license and an unrestricted social security number, I wouldn't worry about getting another EAD. However, I would report the lost wallet to the police to prevent identity theft.
thank you but I don't have a driver 's license and EAD was a my only ID .can I get the state's ID with I-94 ?
You could apply for a State ID if you have your asylum granted.
