How many initiated the Case Status inquiry with RD < 06/01/2003

Before my approval came up on 11/12 i got the same response from USCIS on my case status inquiry.
 
Thanks much KVPT_MM, I too got the same letter from USCIS for my case status enquiry initiated on 10/22/2003. It says me to wait for 60 to 90 days, so by Gods grace let us hope some good thing to happen soon!
 
The status inquery was started for the dependent today. Primary did not start inquiry yet.

I received the standard reply from VSC last week, after status enquiry. Yesterday (11/17) case was approved (for whole family)

Just curious whether you have received the approval letters from USCIS yet ?

Eiether me or my attorney haven't received the approval letters yet.. so still waiting.. i got my LUD changed on 11/15 after approval on 11/12. I think they may have posted the letters on 11/15 or 11/16.

My attorney says she did status inquiry on 10/05 but still now message is not updated. Now USCIS is not allowing to do self status inquiry. Can some one help me how to do status inquiry myself.

You should talk to customer service rep at USCIS 1-800 number and mention that your case is outside the processing time frame... They will ask for you I-485's RD, your EAC number and few other details. They would then open a process called "Referral", so that they can investigate as to why your case is not processed. Typically, once this is done, you may hear from USCIS, anywhere from 30-60 days...

Atleast by doing this, you can get some light on your case...
 
Hi, I initiated an inquiry back in Oct, and got a letter yesterday saying

"Our computer system show that your petition/application is still pending Service consideration. Please allow 45 days to hear from this office."

Is this a good sign based on the previous comments? meaning there is no pending Name check, and does the 45 days mean anything?
 
My lud got updated again today and the message got changed again to

"On November 19, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

From

"On November 09, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

I485 Receipt date 11/18/02

"The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. We are awaiting futher information from another office to assist us in the final adjudication of this case."Does anyone have any idea what this means?
