how long for my fiancee to come here

I'm on GC and my fiancee is in UK (PERMANENT RESIDENT) with indian passport, how long will it take her too come to USA? and whats the process.

There are no fiancee visas for Green Card holders. Only after you marry her can you petition for her. Even then, it is a 5 year wait.

You will likely be US citizen before she could come here under your sponsorship as a GC ,after which you can sponsor her almost 'instantly'.

If she can get her own H1, this is about the only way she can come in long-term while waiting.

The USCIS do not consider in spouses relations but certified marriage, no fiancee, no girl or boy friend ......etc. For USC to bring a spouse it take ~9 months, for GC holder it takes ~ 5 years
