How long do i need to stay in US after approval of Visa

Hi All,

Hopefully Asia is going to be current this month and hoping for an interview date on September. Since I have started my new job recently , I think I will still have 6 mth before I need to be in US.

My plan is to be in US for some month collect my Green card and return back for 1 years. Is it possible to do so? How long does it take to get Green card normally?

After getting green card is it possible to come back for 1 years and return to us and again come back for 1 years . I want to know this because I have a contract with this company for 2 years otherwise I have to pay some money :(

You ca have a re-entry permit...but that will given once and the custom control employee might take your greencard from you since you won't keep to the GC rules...basically you are wasting your time and money by doing this.

It is not a visa ...The US wants you to live there, pay taxes and support the economy and not taking a GC from other people and then staying where you are.
