THANK U.

Can you scan the letters they sent and attach them? The denial and the follow-up (appt. notice) AFTER covering up your personal identifying information, of course.

It would get you better responses.

Perhaps they want to verify the consistency of the information you provide them.
How long where you outside the US during your statutory period and had you presented the same evidence at interview?

i did provide them with an accurate date of my staying out side usa i did not lie about it they checked it in my first interview and it showed that in my passport , i did four trips 2 months , 7 months , 5 months and 11 months ,in my interview they just asked me about what i did out side usa and they did ask me about why i did not have the permit I_131 i was very anxious about that because i did not have one because of my ignorance of the immigrations laws.

for the denial it says your n-400 is denial because of disruption of continus of residence almost 900 days overseas without any prejudice.
my appeal notice it says you need to come to the hearing and bring your passport , green card and n-400 filled out .

i thought i did not need I _131 if you stay less than one year overseas .

I-131 is to preserve GC for trips over 1 year.
How much time passed between your travel dates? The 7 and 11 month trips presumed a break in continuous residence unless you can prove otherwise.
Again, did you provide them with the same evidence (bank statements, letter from employer,etc..) at interview?

Did the N-335 (the N-400 Denial Notice) inform you of a date after which your could re-apply and this issue will "go away" through the passage of time?

I think you have probably wasted your time, effort, and money in filing the N-400 when you did and wasted even more filing an N-336. I hope that you did not get legal advice in advance as that would have been really bad advice. HOWEVER, if you did have legal advice in advance and were encouraged to file when you did, please report that idiot to the authorities. Try the "avoidscams" pages on www.uscis.gov
