H4 Stamping - change of status from B1 to H1B

I came to USA on B1 visa 7months ago. Once i came here, we filed for new H1B. My H1B got approved. They even approved my change of status from B1 to H1B with H1B I-94. After i get the approval with H1B I-94, i started working. Since 5months I have been working in project, now I have 4paystubs with me. I am planning to send my wife for H4 stamping in India. How are the chances of getting H4 visa if my wife goes for stamping in India? Please let me know if she faces any issues because of change of status from B1 to H1B.
 
I see no issues. I am assuming she has never had any overstay in the US.

Thanks for reply. She has never been to USA till now. I alone traveled to USA 7months ago on B1 and later converted to H1B. Currently she is in India. I am planning to send her for H4 stamping for first time. Do we face any issues when she goes for H4 stamping? Will visa officer (VO) ask why did I go for change of status from b1 to H1? Thanks in advance.
 
If your employer is a reputable one you should be OK. If you are employed by a 'body shop" or someone who has had immigration violations in the past, expect delays in your wife's H4 visa approval.

US consulates are scrutinizing H1 companies more carefully now when someone applies for an H4 visa.

Can anyone please respond to my question? What will happen if my wife goes for h4 stamping without H1B stamping in my passport? Is H1B stamping in passport really mandatory? Please respond.

H1 Visa stamping in your Passport is not must when she goes for H4 Visa stamping. Expect Visa officer asking lot of Documents from your employer and expect delay in H4 visa stamp. if your Employer A is Desi consulting company and you are working with Client B then they will ask client B job contract letter and B may not give the Contract. They want to finish Desi Consulting companies because Desi companies had abused H1 rule/regulations, kept many on Bench, did not Pay and charged Fee for H1 filing. 90% Desi companies are cheaters.
