H1 Visa Revalidation

I came into US by Company X's H1B visa. My H1 visa extension was filed by Company X and in the meantime, I received an offer from Company Y and they started processing for H1 based on my old I-94. I went on vacation got my stamping on Company X's approval notice and that visa and I-94 expires on
Jan 2004. After coming here, I received my Comapny Y's approval notice and I have joined company Y. Company Y's visa validity is till Jan 2005. I have Company X's stamping in my passport and the current I-94 is valid till Jan 2004

Can I get my Visa revalidated here in US without
leaving the country?

And will I be getting a new I-94 which will be valid till Jan 2005 vased on the new visa of Company Y?

---- Your X company visa sticker is still valid in your passport till jan2004, you should send your Passport for Visa revalidation not before 60 days of validity of your visa in passport, you should send your Passport for Visa revalidation in End of November 2003(I don’t know the exact date of Jan 2004 when your Visa in PP will expire) you should send new company Y approval and that has new extended I-94 with that.
**** If you do not have new I-94 with company Y H1 approval notice then it was NEW H1 and not H1 transfer and you have to go out of US before your I-94 expires in Jan, 2004 and get new H1 stamp in PP from Canada or your home country and then re-enter US and get new I-94 with validity of your new H1 till 2005, DOS does not provide you I-94 and you have to get new I-94 at POE

My visa with company X is valid till end of January 2004.

My company Y's H1 transfer was done with my old I-94 obtained during my stay with company X (when the H1 extension was also going on with Company X) and that I-94's validity is till Jan 2005.

My confusion is can I get the visa revalidated (by submitting it by Nov 2003) with Company Y's I-94 which was obtaind based on my company X's old I-94 and not the new one?

Looks like I can do it but I wanted to get confirmation.
 
--- If you have valid I-94 till 2005 through X or Y you CAN Revalidate your Visa in US
you need only valid I-94, Company does not matter I-94 is given to you not to company.
