H1 marrying a US citizen and getting EAD

I am a US citizen and wants to get married to my fiance who is on H1 Visa for last 3 years. If I get married to him now(let's say in Dec), how long does it take for him to get his EAD or his temporary green card?

U can apply for I130 and I485 after marriage. Alongwith U can also apply I765 and I131. After 90 days from EAD receipt (and 485 receipt) one can get an interim EAD from local district INS office. Generally the EAD should come by max of 120 days..

Local USCIS offices in California do not issue Interim EAD cards.
