H1 & L1 related Issue

Hi,
If any one can give me a quick answer, will be greatly appreciated.

I am working for a abc company in India and I have got my L1 for abc company till 2007. Now I got an offer from xyz company is usa and they are ready to file my H1. Now I got a quick question , if my H1 is rejected/approved , Will My L1 is still valid if I work for abc company, If I dont leave company abc.

Rejection of H1 will not affect your L1 at all. Assumed you are already in side US

Currenty I am in India only. is there will be a problem at the consulate if I go for H1 stamping...?? in view of having L1 till 2007

And recently my wife got the L2. And we plan to go for H1 & H4 simultaneously. Will there be any problem at consulate...??

No problem, but your L1 will be stamped with "cancelled without prejjudice",
and become void....
One thing you need to consider is H1 quota this year,,, you need to hurry.

is Even the same 'L1 canncelled with prejudice' and L1 becomes void in case of H1 rejection at the consulate....??

Your L1 may not get void, if H1 is not isssued.
