H1 B Visa Rejection

Hi ,

My H-1B visa was rejected 2 yrs ago and referred my case to Anti fraud unit till now I haven't received anything from the chennai consulate. What should i do? I am planning to apply for new H1 B.Is it going to effect New H1 B approval or H1 B Visa at Chennai Consulate.I checked the Online case status I got the message " On January 3, 2001, this approved or re-affirmed case was shipped to the Department of State for visa processing. If you have any additional questions, please contact the Department of State ".Could anybody please let me know what is that means.

if your previous visa was referred to fraud unit , you can bet that your current visa application will also go the same way. sorry..
