RD 03/11/03 still waiting

I have no idea why its taking so long. My H1B EOS Receipt Date is 03/11/03 and its still not approved. It is so frustrating. Lawyer has sent a query. Updating the tracker with my info. I have observed that online ETA changes from 15-21 days to 30-60 days and right now its 120-180 days. And its not accurate. Even all the processing times on various sites ( murthy, raju khanna, immihelp etc) are not accurate. As per the processing times CSC is currently working on 05/06/03 for H1B EOS. I am updating the list with 3 entries :

Mine has been approved and so is my "another friend's". It showing online status as approved. Any ideas how many days it takes further to recieve the actual paper work from them?

I submitted my premium processing upgrade application for my H1 EOS application yesterday. Any idea how long it takes for upgraded premium processing applications to go through? I have a family emergency and have to leave the country ASAP, and my attorney advised me to wait it out until the papers are processed/approved.

It usually takes 15 days i heard for a Premium Proceesing of H1B.

Any EOS approvals in the last month??

Hi,
Just checking to see if there were any EOS approvals in the last month. Mine was file June 5th and the JIt report indicates June 26th for EOS processing but mine has not yet been approved and I have not seen any postings here either. So just checking.

All,

I am trying to figure out how much time its taking for H1B extension approval, if filed for premium processing - Ana, I will appreciate if you can chime in -

today 12/05, my company has changed my extension from regular to premium as my wife needs to go to Canada on 12/12 and attorny has recommended that she should wait till case is processed. BTW, she has an AP to get her back in...

H1b transfer

hey

I am on L1.
My husband's H1 transfer is pending in the regular processing. Receipt date is Nov 10. We did not now that we have to wait until the approval to apply for my H4. Now we are stuck till the approval comes in. I saw that processing dates are now at oct 3, 2003. Anyone who recieved approval whose reciept dates were around october.

Any Suggesttions

The processing date of H1 EOS is July 2nd which your husband's application should fall into, so it is better to upgrade the application to premium if you cannot file H4 now. It will not be superising if the INS approve the case until 6-8 months.
