Did early finger prining on 04/05

Did my early finger prining in San jose on friday. We went around 2.30 and were out by 3.00 pm. There were around 30 people and still the gaurd was allowing people to come in.
Please update my info.

FP done 04/05

Hello1:
3/27 received FP notice, schedule date is 5/1.
4/03 done FP at 1:50pm, no line there, finished in 10 mins.
3/19 EAD REF: 140 approval notice, marriage certificate.
 
FP done long back but no change in AVM

FP schduled for 4/15/02 but we went on 03/19 and finished our FP. It just took 10 minutes. But still the AVM message has not changed.

Pcee pls update my info too.

Checked with FBI

called FBi at 304-625-5590 and pressed option4 and checked for status and trhey said it was send to INS on 04/06.

Now final wait begins. Any one have rough idea how much time it takes from here??/
2-3 months I guess...
 
San Jose FP\'s are done march 08 - AVM still "975-999"

Called FBI - my FP\'s have been completed by fbi march 08.
AVM is still same "bla-bla-bla ... 975-999".
Anybody knows why it takes so long to update?

Hello Gurus please help

I applied for my EAD along with my 485 and now when I checked the AVM it says " A written decision have been mailed and if 14 days have passed and you have not received it please update your address" Could you someone tell me what it means. Is it a rejection or an RFE. Could someone enlighten me on this. I am a Oct mailer.

My 2 cents...

I know thatmessage for an H1 application means an intent of denial,
( a stronger form of rfe ) but I dont see how anyone could get
an EAD denial , at most rfe for photos and fingerprint card.
unless the payment was not correct or some technical problem
of that sort.

I dont the cases of EAD denial..

I heard on this borad that if you collect unemployment benefits then maybe..
also the INS clearly writes on the notice if this can be appealed.
 
Need Help !!!!! Please.

My RD is Nov 1st, My ND is Nov 21st, and this concerns my EAD (I765) @ CSC. The AVM has not changed, in all this while,.I am sick of listening to the same message everyday. "your I765 application for .. blah blah meeoowww" GRRRRR ROWF BITE!!!

I haven\'t rcvd. an RFE, have no clue what in the world INS is doing. Sent a fax enquiry more than 3 weeks back regards my EAD, no change/no response. Please advise me what should I do?

Should I go on a hunger strike @ times square like mahatma gandhi?
Is there anyone else in my boat? Any help deeply appreciated.
