I dont even have my EAD got iEAD from local office, mine is RD Dec 11th, hang in there and wait for good things to happen.

Spouse received EAD cards

Friends,

My spouse’s EAD approved on April 3, 2002 and got the EAD card on April 8, 2002

My AVM still shows the same old message (received your EAD application etc..) Is it a normal situation or something strange?

Should I contact INS for finding out my EAD?

This is an outstanding forum. Anyways, I just wanted to share that me and my wife received the FP notice this week.

Details:

ASC: San Jose
MD Nov 12
RD Nov 14
ND Nov 23

EAD (for wife): March 15
I did not apply for EAD.

FP Notice: April 08
Will go for FP today around lunch time. Any advises...

Any thoughts as to when we could get final approval..

We went yesterday to the San Jose Story road office for early FP. WE were there around 2:40 pm. The place closes at 3:00 pm. Anyway, it was very easy. The guard didn\'t care that our scheduled date was after a month. We filled out a form, showed them the original FP notice and passport and they assigned us numbers.

I am the primary applicant so I was asked to show my EAD card - so I just showed them the H1 stamp in my passport. Our numbers were called in 5 minutes and we were out by 3:00 pm
