EAD WAC 02-049 and 02-050 Series still going

Looks like INS is still approving WAC 02-049 and 02-050-xxx people... Dec guys need to wait for another 8-15 days
seems like before seeing some approvals... Dec Series starting from 02-057
 
PCee keeping seperate months thread was better

PCee i think keeping December Mailer and November mailer separate like before was a better idea. Keeping two
threads combined sometimes becomes a bit messy
 
RD 12/18/01 - AP approved. FP notices received scheduled on 4/11 at Oakland

Hi All, I got my FP notices and it is scheduled for 11th April at Oakland. Can I get it done early ? I\'m visiting India during that period. Thanks in adv.
 
December EAD Approved, RD 12/05 ND 12/06 EAD 3/11/2002 khi_boy

EAD approved today for me, March 11 2002. But not for my wife??? We applied together. Is it normal?

AVM says "After approving your case we have order your new cards, its taking between 120 days to 1xx days to process your new crads, we\'ll mail xxxx when ready." Through messages in other forum , i came to know this message is normal on approval.

Need your help to get EAD

I am planning to go to San Jose INS office to get an interim EAD.

Please let me know the list of documents that I need to carry.
What is the preferable time to go there? Any tips….

Yesterday (3/12), I received EAD Cards in mail.
RD: 11/6 ND: 11/21
Location: San Jose
Still waiting for FP.
 
EAD AVM message changed March 13

Today on March 13 EAD AVM changed to "This case has been approved. A notice is mailed..."
On March 11 AVM message was "After approving your case.. cards ordered"

Still didn\'t wife\'s EAD approved, we applied together on same date. But a weired thing happened was all my receipts
went to attorney within a week after sending applications for 485/AP/EAD but only my wife\'s EAD receipt came to my residence
address directly? And now I see only my EAD is approved and her is pending. Though our APs were approved same day.
 
When should Dec guys expect FP? :)

Just to put some life in this thread. What is your opinion, when should San Jose December guys should see FP?
 
Hello Khi_Boy, We are from Sanfrancisco, CA.

My friend, they applied in Aug 2001 for i485 in CSC. They live on San hose. They also got the FP on March 05,02.

Can you post your details (RD/ND, AP/EAD status) How did you get your EAD with in a month?

Does getting EAD allow one to change job category?

Can one change from a say, sofware developer to a marketing position,
within the same company after getting an EAD?
Note:The LC was approved for the software developer position.
Any help would be really appreciated.
