Hello,

My wife and I are GC holders. We are planning to go to india and give birth
to your kid there.

My question is:
The child will be an Indian citizen by default (since we both are indian citizens). How can bring the child back to USA?

Any suggestions please?? What is the timeline?

Why u want to go to India to have ur baby ? Why can't you stay here and your baby will be a US citizen automatically.

Bringing a minor child of GC holder will be much harder.

The child can enter the US without an immigrant visa provided that it is less than two years since birth and the parent accompanying the child is making his or her FIRST entry back to the US since the birth.
