Green Card

Which application of yours was "cancelled without prejudice"? Did you apply for AOS based on your first marriage?

I came to US as a student in 2000. I overstayed my visa got married in 2003. My application was denied without prejudice. I divorced married again in 2010 june. Me and her did not have good terms in this marriage, so is that ok to divorce and marry again someone and file for my papers. My second marriage i did not file anything with immigration, so my concern is i stayed in this second marriage only 6 months. If i divorce and marry again it would be a problems?

For starters, there is no concept of "cancelled without prejudice" with denied AOS applications. You have to let us know why exactly was it denied? What has been your status (if any) since it was denied? Have you ever received a "Notice to Appear" since that denial? Did you divorce just because your AOS was denied? That is how I am interpreting your last post.
It may not be the case, but your pattern seems to indicate your are constantly searching for different US citizens to sponsor you for a green card. Some adjudicators might interpret your history this way.

my application for my green card. I appeal, but its not workout well. So i divorce and married again in 2010 june.

Don't marry anyone for the next 10 years, unless you are chasing Elizabeth Taylor's record of failed marriages, spare someone's else child. USCIS is going to finally deport you, because you are marrying people for green card, which is your pattern here based on little information you provided. You married someone and already you are divorcing, because it is NOT working OUT (on the green card front)? Absurd!!!
