Green Card through marriage while Greencard/Citizen?

Hello,

I am an H1B visa holder and my husband is a Green Card holder and he will be eligible to apply for citizenship this coming August 2009.
We are thinking to obtain my green card through his sponsorship.

We have 2 options so far:
1) File the I-130 now, while he is holding Green Card and upgrade later on when he become citizen
2) Wait until he gets his citizenship before file I-130 for me.

Which option do you think will be better and faster?
Please advice.
Any answer, personal experience, professional knowledge is really appreciated.

wait till he becomes a citizen, and then file I-130+I-485 altogether.

Yes. If he's going to apply for naturalization, there's no advantage to filing the I-130 now.
