I been around for a quite while reading and getting so much valuable info in this forum thank you very very much. Happily want to share that my green card arrived by mail 3 weeks ago , I applied on July 01/08 (asylum was granted on 12/05/06 ) the process in my case was quick ,didn’t have to go to interview for my green card !!! Thanks God and even with my HIV+ status for witch was a bit worry about , everything work out, with the right legal representation who advised and guided me into the process and paper work this happy ended is possible .
