Granted Withholding of Removal + I 140/ I 485

Does anybody ever been in this situation?
I now hold a Withholding of Removal status and my employer wants to file a I 140 for me to be able to adjust my status and expunge my WOR case.
Is it doable ?:confused:
 
yes it is doable. that process is called CHANGE OF STATUS!

U, by urself for urself can't file for I-485 OR ANY OTHER KIND OF IMMIGRATION benefits except for EAD card every year but, marrying to a citizen or ur employer cases, they are totally doable.
am happy for u man.

WOR is like being locked in jail.
 
I heard that employers can not sponsor an employee if the employee has witholding of removal with previous unlawful presence especially if the employee is subject to
212(a)(9)(b). I don't know if this is correct or no.
 
hey, stop the confusion to urself and talk to ur employer and hire an immigration attorney.

what u believe is untrue.
just get in to action not talking cos ur case is doable

This may or may not be true. It depends on your circumstances and immigration history. Your questions cannot be addressed without a review of your entire immigration history.
