Yes she did. and we sent our forms again. it took hours to fill them.

I will wait for my wife's visa.I agree, you shouldn't be waiting for your wife's visa. You should send back your passport right away since there's an error on yours also. Be sure to include a clear note of explanation when you send back your passport.

Please contact us by phone or e-mails soon as possible and request an appointment to bring your visa packet and passport (with the visa in it) back to our office between 08:30AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
